Audio sync issues
Some of the customers might experience slight audio delay issues. We are continuously testing our service on all available on the market devices and operating systems. We have come to the conclusion that the end-user device configuration and system version are playing a key role in resolving most of the problems.
For example, a Samsung Galaxy mobile phone, running latest version of Android had delay issues while using Google Chrome. The same device didn’t have any noticeable problems while using Mozilla Firefox. Next person with a different model of Samsung phone and the same operating system didn’t experience any problems at all, regardless of which browser they were using.
To test if your device is experiencing any of the mentioned problems you can play our “SYNC TEST VIDEO” that we are using to time-align our stream at the beginning of each broadcast.
It is worth to mention that most of the Bluetooth devices will have inherited delay “problem” due to the nature of the communication protocol.
